Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate notification once it ships.
Delivery times
On average, orders arrive within 6–18 days after shipment. Delivery times depend on the size of the bed, the destination, and the carrier handling your order — larger sizes (L and XL) typically take longer than smaller ones. In some cases delivery may take longer than the average window due to customs, carrier delays, or external factors outside our control. Tracking information is always provided once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
- Standard shipping fees apply to orders under $100 and are calculated at checkout.
Tracking your order
Tracking information is provided by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page with your order number and email.

Occasionally, carrier delays or external factors can affect delivery times. If you have a concern about your shipment, please contact hello@houndly.com and we'll do our best to help.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to update it before your package leaves our facility.
