Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact our support team at hello@houndly.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Need a different size or color? Contact us at hello@houndly.com and we'll help arrange an exchange where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a few days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
